ENSALADA DE OTOÑO
Hoy de primer plato preparé esta ensalada otoñal, muy rica y de gran colorido. Hace tiempo había visto una ensalada de naranjas y quise añadirle algunos gajos a ver que tal estaba. El resultado me gustó mucho.
INGREDIENTES:
1 TOMATE
QUESO FRESCO
1 NARANJA
4 NUECES CALIFORNIA
ESCAROLA
CANONIGOS
LECHUGA ESCAROLA
VINAGRE DE MODENA GIUSTI
PREPARACIÓN:
- LAVAMOS Y TROCEAMOS LA LECHUGA, LA ESCURRIMOS BIEN.
- ABRIMOS LAS NUECES Y LAS PARTIMOS EN TROZOS.
- PELAMOS LA NARANJA Y CORTAMOS EN GAJOS.
- COLOCAMOS UNA CAMA DE LECHUGA, LA NARANJA Y LAS NUECES YA LISTAS.
- MONTAMOS EN EL CENTRO UNA TORRE DE QUESO FRESCO Y TOMATE EN RODAJAS.
- ALIÑAMOS CON NUESTRO VINAGRE DE MODENA.

Para esta receta he utilizado vinagre de modena de Giusti 1605 Auténtico de origen Italiano. Os invito a conocer su web y sus productos de gran calidad y tradición.

Fantastica, la naranja con las nueces, esta combinacion me gusta mucho.
